Nature of Products
All products sold are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
Access is granted after successful payment via direct download and/or email delivery.
Software Requirements & Compatibility
Certain products are specifically designed for DaVinci Resolve.
Some advanced features may require DaVinci Resolve Studio. While core elements may function in the free version, certain Studio-exclusive tools will not be available.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their software and workflow before purchasing.

License & Usage
All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.
Once files have been downloaded or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.
If you encounter technical issues related to file access, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
No Guarantee of Results
Color grading and creative work depend on multiple variables including footage quality, lighting, exposure, and user skill.
While these tools are designed to support professional workflows, we do not guarantee specific artistic or commercial outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of time, data, or project outcomes, arising from the use of our products.
