How long until I get the final video?
Usually within 5 to 6 days after the shoot, it's rarely longer than that. Need it even faster? Rush delivery (under 72h) is available for a surcharge.
Is a shoot abroad possible?
Yes, I work across Switzerland and worldwide. Travel costs are added based on distance, and accommodation only if the location requires an overnight stay.
What should I budget for a video?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on length, location, and complexity. Reach out with the outline of your project and I'll send you a clear quote.
What exactly do I get at the end?
The final video, edited and color graded, ready to publish. Usage rights are detailed in the quote based on your needs, generally with a credit requested, and tailored to how you plan to publish it.
What if I want changes after delivery?
You have 5 days after receiving the final video to flag any issue, and I'll make the necessary corrections.
Do you keep the raw footage?
Yes, for 6 months after delivery in case you need it. Keeping it longer is possible for a small extra fee.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, 50% at signing to lock in the date, and the balance on delivery.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule the shoot?
I get it, things happen. More than 72h before the shoot, there's a small cancellation fee (30% of the quote); less than 72h, it's 50%, to cover the time already blocked out.
